Booking & Experience Policy
Effective August 2026
Every Allyse Aura experience is thoughtfully curated for the client, occasion, and space. Because experiences may involve custom design, sourcing, purchasing, coordination, preparation, travel, installation, and third-party vendors or venues, the following policies apply to all bookings.
Booking & Retainer
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your experience date and begin the curation process.
Your requested date is not considered reserved until the required retainer has been received.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled experience.
Experiences booked within 7 days of the scheduled date require payment in full at the time of booking.
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve or guarantee availability for a requested date.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Retainers are non-refundable because planning, scheduling, sourcing, and preparation begin once a booking is confirmed.
If you need to reschedule, please contact Allyse Aura as soon as possible.
With at least 7 days' notice, payments may be transferred to one new available date occurring within 90 days of the original experience date.
Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the experience will be reviewed individually and are not guaranteed.
Custom, personalized, perishable, or already-purchased items are non-refundable and cannot be credited toward a future experience.
If Allyse Aura is unable to provide the agreed-upon service due to circumstances within our control, the client will be offered an appropriate rescheduling option or a refund for services not provided.
Custom & Purchased Items
Many Allyse Aura experiences include items sourced specifically for the client or occasion, including fresh florals, food, beverages, bath products, personalized details, printed materials, gifts, desserts, or other specialty products.
Once custom, personalized, perishable, or client-specific items have been purchased or ordered, their cost is non-refundable.
Product substitutions may occasionally be necessary because of availability, seasonality, shipping delays, or circumstances outside of Allyse Aura's control.
When substitutions are necessary, Allyse Aura will select an alternative that maintains the intended aesthetic, quality, and atmosphere as closely as reasonably possible.
Styling Inventory, Keepsakes & Purchased Items
Allyse Aura experiences may include a combination of client keepsakes, consumable items, and reusable styling pieces from the Allyse Aura collection.
Items purchased specifically for the client or intended for consumption or personal use — such as food, beverages, fresh florals, bath products, personalized items, printed photographs, and gifts — become the client's property unless otherwise stated.
Reusable styling pieces — including but not limited to vases, candle holders, LED candles, trays, vessels, linens, lighting, stands, decorative objects, champagne buckets, and other styling equipment — remain the property of Allyse Aura unless the client's quote specifically identifies an item as a purchase or keepsake.
The cost of an Allyse Aura experience reflects the overall design, curation, sourcing, preparation, coordination, styling, installation, and temporary use of applicable Allyse Aura inventory.
Payment for an Allyse Aura experience does not constitute the purchase of all items used within the setup.
Any Allyse Aura-owned items that are lost, damaged, discarded, or unavailable for agreed-upon retrieval may result in replacement charges.
When an experience includes Allyse Aura-owned styling inventory, retrieval arrangements will be communicated with the client in advance.
Hotels & Third-Party Venues
For hotel, vacation rental, event venue, or other third-party property experiences, the client is responsible for confirming that the property permits outside vendors and allows Allyse Aura access to the space for setup.
Allyse Aura may communicate directly with the property to coordinate setup timing, vendor access, delivery procedures, retrieval, and applicable restrictions; however, final authorization for access remains the responsibility of the client.
The client must provide any reservation details, guest information, authorization, documentation, or other information required by the property for Allyse Aura to access the space.
If access is denied, delayed, or restricted because required permission was not obtained, Allyse Aura will make every reasonable effort to adapt the experience but cannot guarantee the original setup, scope, or completion time.
Payments will not be refunded for services or items already purchased, prepared, sourced, personalized, reserved, or completed.
Any parking, valet, vendor, access, delivery, retrieval, or other property-specific fees required to complete the experience may be added to the client's balance if they were not included in the original quote.
Allyse Aura is not responsible for changes, delays, cancellations, access issues, or restrictions imposed by a hotel, vacation rental, property manager, venue, or other third party.
Client Information & Deadlines
Clients are responsible for providing accurate dates, locations, arrival times, names, photographs, preferences, reservation information, access information, and other requested materials by the deadlines provided.
Delays in receiving necessary information may affect personalized elements, sourcing, setup, or completion of the experience.
Allyse Aura cannot guarantee elements that depend upon information or materials submitted after the requested deadline.
The client should notify Allyse Aura as soon as possible of any changes to arrival times, reservations, venue information, or other details that may affect setup.
Food, Beverages & Specialty Items
Food, beverages, desserts, florals, bath products, candles, and other specialty items may be incorporated into an experience depending on the selected service and location.
Clients are responsible for disclosing known allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or relevant venue restrictions before these items are purchased.
Allyse Aura cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment when products are sourced or prepared by third-party businesses.
Alcohol will only be purchased, provided, or arranged where legally permitted and appropriate. The client and/or intended recipient must meet all applicable legal age requirements.
Design & Creative Direction
Every Allyse Aura experience is individually curated based on the selected service, client's preferences, budget, occasion, location, and approved concept.
Inspiration photographs are welcomed as creative references; however, exact replication of inspiration photographs, previous Allyse Aura work, or another designer's work cannot be guaranteed.
Product availability, venue restrictions, seasonality, budget, space, and other factors may affect the final design.
The client understands that Allyse Aura retains reasonable creative discretion when executing the approved concept while remaining consistent with the agreed-upon overall vision and atmosphere.
Changes & Additional Requests
Your quote reflects the agreed-upon scope of your experience.
Requests to add or significantly change elements after the concept or quote has been approved may result in additional charges for products, sourcing, preparation, labor, transportation, delivery, installation, or other expenses.
Any additional charges will be communicated to the client before the requested additions are purchased or completed whenever reasonably possible.
Last-minute and day-of additions or changes cannot be guaranteed.
Setup & Installation
Allyse Aura will thoughtfully install and style the agreed-upon experience within the confirmed scope and permitted setup window.
Clients should avoid making arrangements that interfere with the confirmed setup period without notifying Allyse Aura.
Setup and completion times may be affected by venue restrictions, property access, traffic, weather, vendor delays, building procedures, or other circumstances outside of Allyse Aura's reasonable control.
Allyse Aura will make reasonable efforts to adapt when unexpected circumstances arise but cannot guarantee that every original element will be possible when conditions outside of our control materially affect setup.
Travel, Parking & Additional Fees
Travel within the standard Allyse Aura service area may be included in the quoted experience price when specified.
Experiences requiring extended travel, significant parking costs, tolls, valet service, delivery fees, vendor fees, venue access fees, or additional trips may incur additional charges.
Any known additional fees will be communicated whenever reasonably possible before the experience.
Unexpected property or venue fees required to complete the agreed-upon setup may be charged to the client.
Damage, Loss & Property
Allyse Aura takes reasonable care when working within homes, hotels, businesses, venues, and other properties.
Clients and their guests are responsible for the proper treatment of Allyse Aura-owned styling inventory after installation has been completed.
Allyse Aura-owned items that are lost, broken, damaged, discarded, removed, or otherwise unavailable for retrieval may result in charges equal to the reasonable repair or replacement cost.
Clients are responsible for damage caused by guests or by the misuse, movement, alteration, or removal of installed items after setup has been completed.
Allyse Aura is not responsible for damage to client or venue property caused by guests, venue personnel, third parties, or circumstances outside of Allyse Aura's reasonable control.
Safety & Venue Restrictions
Allyse Aura will comply with known venue and property restrictions regarding candles, adhesives, wall attachments, balloons, florals, electrical equipment, and other styling elements.
When open-flame candles are prohibited, flameless or LED alternatives may be used.
Allyse Aura reserves the right to modify or decline an installation method that could reasonably create a safety hazard, violate property rules, or cause damage.
Photography & Privacy
Allyse Aura may photograph completed experiences for portfolio, website, marketing, and social media purposes.
Personal photographs, names, private messages, identifying information, or other personal materials supplied by the client will not be intentionally published for promotional purposes without permission.
Clients may request before their experience that their setup remain private and not be used for promotional purposes.
Permission to photograph or share an experience does not transfer ownership of a client's personal photographs or private materials to Allyse Aura.
Third-Party Vendors
Certain experiences may involve products or services provided by third-party businesses, including florists, bakeries, restaurants, photographers, hotels, delivery services, or other vendors.
Allyse Aura carefully coordinates these elements as part of the overall experience but is not responsible for circumstances outside of our reasonable control caused by independent third parties.
If a third-party issue affects the experience, Allyse Aura will make reasonable efforts to identify an appropriate alternative or solution when possible.
Completion of Your Experience
Once setup is complete, Allyse Aura will leave the space ready for your arrival unless another arrangement has been made.
When Allyse Aura-owned styling inventory is included, pickup or retrieval will occur according to the arrangements communicated with the client.
Our purpose is to handle the atmosphere and details so that you can simply arrive, be present, and experience the moment.
Acceptance of Policy
By submitting a retainer, partial payment, or full payment toward an Allyse Aura experience, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed, understood, and agree to the current Allyse Aura Booking & Experience Policy.
Payment confirms acceptance of these policies and reserves the experience only after all required booking conditions have been satisfied.
